"When we decided to put our house on the market, we contacted Andy, he did an initial walkthrough & provided some suggestions. He worked with us in getting the house ready for listing. Since we had a vacant second-floor apartment, we came to find out that we were not zoned for a rental property & had to file for a variance with the Zoning Board.
