Christine was great from start to finish. I can't say enough about the terrific job she did throughout the entire process.
She certainly went the extra mile and did her homework, carefully considering the asking price in light of needed updates to the property. She had a contractor do a walk-through to breakdown the costs of those updates and how they would affect the market value and then determine a reasonable offer price. She handled the negotiations and coordinated with the condo assn., home inspection, bank, attorneys, insurance co., and my busy schedule to make the whole process smooth with no surprises. As the closing was set for a Fri., that even included the schedule for transferring utilities to make sure there was no disruption in service over the upcoming weekend.
